Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inliner API ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Inliner API provides an HTTP API that converts CSS styles from <style> tags into inline style="" attributes for email HTML compatibility.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key.

4. API Key and Usage

• Each API key is associated with a specific plan
• CSS inlining via the API is unmetered; screenshot previews are quota-limited per plan (Free 5/month, Pro 500/month, Enterprise 5000/month). Quotas reset at the start of each calendar month in UTC. Unused quota does not roll over.
• You may not share API keys with unauthorized parties

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to: use the Service for any illegal purpose, attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse engineer the Service, or use the Service to send spam.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via PayPal. Payments are processed securely by PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of first payment. Refunds are handled by manual human review — never instant or automatic. Submit your request from the Dashboard (Billing & Danger Zone panel) with your saved API key; you will receive a request ID to track progress. Approved refunds are sent manually back to your original PayPal payment method. See the Refund Policy for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Inliner API is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
