Preflight checks are static source-code analysis of your email HTML (ruleset email-static-v1). They are not real email-client screenshots or deliverability scores, and they never fetch external URLs from your HTML. Preflight baselines (Pro/Enterprise) let CI fail only on issues that are new versus a saved snapshot of a project — not visual diffs or real email-client renders. Preflight quotas reset monthly (UTC).

Frequently asked

What are the limits on the free plan?

CSS inlining is unlimited on every plan. Free includes 5 preview screenshots per month with a watermark, 100 static preflight checks per month (no preflight baselines), and 3 web-triggered release runs per month (CI/SDK release runs require Pro or Enterprise). Pro and Enterprise get more screenshots and preflight checks plus project baselines for CI.

What is a preflight check?

A static source-code analysis of your email HTML (ruleset email-static-v1): it flags things like scripts, forms, missing alt text, oversized HTML, or Gmail clipping risk. It is not a real email-client screenshot or a deliverability score, and it never fetches external URLs from your HTML. Preflight quotas reset monthly (UTC).

What is a release run?

An immutable snapshot of a release: the preflight verdict, baseline comparison, and the triggered policy for a project. Free plans can trigger release runs from the web app only (3 per month, counted per customer); CI/SDK triggers and higher monthly volume are Pro/Enterprise features. Release-run quotas reset monthly (UTC), and the 3 most recent runs are visible on Free — history is never deleted.

What is a preflight baseline?

A Pro/Enterprise feature: a saved snapshot of the issues found in a project at a point in time. CI runs that pass a projectId compare against it, and the build fails only on NEW issues — issues already recorded in the baseline never break your pipeline. Baselines store issue metadata only (codes, severities, selectors), never your HTML content.

How do I pay?

When checkout is available, subscriptions are processed by PayPal. After approval, your dashboard shows the updated plan.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Requests go through manual human review — the only submission channel is the authenticated Dashboard (Billing & Danger Zone), where you get a request ID and can track progress. Approved refunds are returned manually to your original PayPal payment method, never instant or automatic.

When do quotas reset?

All screenshot, preflight, and release-run quotas reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). Unused quotas do not roll over.

How do I delete my account?

From the Dashboard’s Billing & Danger Zone panel, confirm with your saved API key. Deletion removes keys, usage records, saved projects, and share links. Active subscriptions must be cancelled first.

Can I use this for commercial email?

The API can process commercial email HTML. This Beta has no uptime SLA; check actual email-client rendering and delivery separately.
